The RDP Counter Flashing is used to cover and protect the upper edge of the membrane base flashing or underlying metal flashing and fasteners from exposure to the elements. It features a .5″ leg and a 4″ seat with a .5″ kick. Available in galvanized, or pre-painted black, brown, gray and white.
The RDP Counter Flashing is sold in a bundle of 10 pieces, each measuring 5′, for a total of 50 linear feet. It is also available in 10′ long pieces. Click here to view.
This product comes pre-painted for its intended application. Please note that the paint finish will be a different color on the opposite side of the finished coating, as these two finishes will not match. If using this for other applications, please confirm specs and material type/color prior to ordering.

It actually is not black on both sides. The metal is black/brown or white/grey. If you have further questions regarding application or colors, you can reach us directly at [email protected] and we're happy to help!
Hi Hana, thanks for reaching out. Unfortunately, we do not offer a clamp to connect these two pieces. Most installers we talk with will overlap the two pieces approximately 2". For bigger jobs, we also offer this in 8' and 10' pieces. Thank you.

Expected the “viewed side” on website to be the painted surface.
It was not. (Wrong side painted)
Had to spray reverse side with brown Rustoleum.
